Ultimately God’s not preparing a future blessing for you, He is preparing you for the present blessing. The process is for your preparation. Often we look back impatiently on God and say, “God when are you going to do this?” – not realising that it’s actually God waiting patiently for us, to be prepared for the promises He has called us to. Without preparation, very often, the blessing of God can become a burden. Persevere through your trials. We become mature and complete when we don’t quit in the middle of our hardships, disappointments and doubt, because these are simple processes preparing us for God’s promises.
