Amy shares her knowledge and experience regarding college tennis recruiting and its ever-changing landscape, especially now due to the adoption of the World Tennis Number (WTN) by both USTA and ITA. Her no-nonsense approach to junior development and recruiting is 100% in line with what we've heard from other junior and college coaches as well as industry experts, so I'm hoping you'll take it to heart and stay focused on improving just 1% each day. At the end of the day, the best college coaches are looking for players who will fit into their team culture and work hard for the betterment of the team. And the responsibility lies with each junior player to reach out to coaches for whom they want to play and to get and stay on those coaches' radar through regular outreach and communication.
