Every year millions of people set out to become better versions of themselves in the New Year. I used to set New Year's resolutions every year and I can't remember one time I stuck to them. A few years ago I started setting goals instead. Not just any goals, specific, time-based goals with milestones. To my amazement, I completed more of my goals than ever before.
