In this episode, I go into detail as to why I don't think cyclists should ride on roads where cars belong. I have nothing against cycling. I used to be an avid cyclist until an injury. However, when you mix motorists with cyclists, usually the motorist wins. Rude and entitled cyclists give the community a bad name when they feel like they own the road, impeding on traffic and getting in the way of the flow of traffic.
Sure, there are laws all over the states that give cyclists the right to operate on roads with motorists but it's just not worth it. From injuries to flared tempers, I believe that cyclists should instead ride on designated bike lanes or totally get off roads and ride on greenbelts or trails.
