Today I met with my friend, Adam Ulery; the host of the Tech Guys Who Invest podcast.  We spoke about some real estate deals and also spoke about podcasting and some ideas I had going forward with podcasting.

I also recap the speed reading challenge and an issue I ran into and quickly resolved for less than the original solution.
