Hebrews 10:26-39
There is a sanctifying power in encouragement, and there is a sanctifying power in the fear of the living God. After the threefold appeal and exhortation in the earlier verses of chapter 10, the apostle returns to a note of warning, the fourth of the five warning passages in the Epistle to the Hebrews. This particular warning which we come to in chapter 10, verse 26, is about the willful, persistent, deliberate, and conscious turning of one's back upon God. Listen as Rev. Alexander carefully takes us through these verses, encouraging us in our faith and weaknesses and reminding us not to shrink back.
