So I googled Five Guys, because I wanted to know if it was founded by five guys and it actually was. Founded in 1986 ( Arlington VA ) by a husband & wife who had 4 sons at the time. So it was initially run by dad and his 4 sons ( Five Guys ). Two years later they had a fifth son. It’s run by the sons and the parents are still involved. Gotta love a thriving family business.
