Don’t stop it.  SOP IT!

Every quarter we run the same process for our clients.

Tags get updated. Automations get changed. Forms get adjusted. Sequences get rebuilt for the new quarter.

Without a document in front of us... this takes hours. Mistakes happen. Things get missed.

And the worst part is you pay for it twice... once in the time it takes and again when something downstream breaks because you forgot a step.With the SOP... forty five minutes. (65 taping this video)

Executed. Done. Move on.

This isn't about being organized for the sake of it. This is about moving the decision out of your brain and into the document.

You're not thinking about what to do. You're not thinking about when to do it. You're executing the whole time.

And those are two very different modes.

One of them is a lot cheaper.

We recorded ourselves doing this quarterly maintenance process for a client. Not the whole thing... but enough to show you what it actually looks like when you stop carrying this stuff in your head.

Some think SOPs are what you build when you decide to scale.SOPs are what you build BEFORE you scale.

They're the thing that will literally make you feel ready.

Because all of the mental roadblocks free up... and you're finally allowed to think about what scaling actually means.

If you're doing something more than once and it takes cognitive load... you need an SOP for it.

The size of your team is irrelevant.
