When temptations come, and someone offers us advice on what to do and it doesn't go along with what we want to hear or need to hear, we often respond in anger, with emotions, or worse. We can learn a valuable lesson from Balaam and his donkey about how to receive biblical counsel and to see that when someone loves us enough to share the truth with us, they are not our enemy.
