In this episode, I share an experience from my local brotherhood meeting where we discussed two members who’ve been absent.

One of them showed up and openly shared his struggles—an accident, long work hours, and personal challenges. He expressed himself, and we all supported him. By talking it out, he found out he wasn’t alone.

The other member, who’s also going through pain, didn't attend and continues to suffer in silence.

The takeaway is that as men, we often hold our emotions in, but when we finally share them, we realize we don’t have to carry the burden alone.
