Don't sweat the small stuff. We've heard it a million times. Most of us know it's true. But we don't apply it in our lives on a consistent basis. We get caught up in pettiness and pointless drama fueled by our ego and our harsh judgments. The end result is often resentment, anger, frustration, anxiety, depression, insomnia, time lost that can never be recovered, perhaps relationships damaged that can never be repaired. Better, perhaps, to overlook, let go of, and accept the minor annoyances we are confronted with in our lives every day.
