My perceptions change over time as I  interact with the outside world. Sometimes the world inside my head doesn’t change at the same rate overtime. Seeing something for what it is, instead of what is was, has been a major challenge that has lasted too many years. 

As I dive into the uncomfortable I’m learning that in order to be present, I need to accept self. In order to accept self, I need to feel that I’m enough. 

As I grow in my perspectives on life,  I’ve realized a shift in mindset over the years. 

A mellow evening watching National Geographic left me with a visual of a familiar feeling I’ve encountered throughout my life when arriving at moments of growth.
