CCC North American Affairs Manager David Clement discusses Ontario Premier Doug Ford's hold on changes to the Smoke-Free Ontario Act that would have added additional regulations for vaping. A spokesperson, on behalf of Ford, stated that the purpose of pausing the regulations was to review the evidence that vaping is an effective cessation tool for smokers.
