Today's meditation is all about visualization so make sure you're in a space where you can focus. The topic is on the importance of feeling your feels but knowing when to push forward which is a very slippery slope indeed so let's get into it!

Challenge: step up to the plate and push yourself further in whatever aspect of your life you feel is most applicable. For example, I (eventually) pushed past my depressive episode and didn't allow it to continue to define me. What would yours be?
