I see coaches as a valuable waste of our time and theirs. I don't believe in wasting my time or someone else's. Why should I go to a coach when I can do it myself? It's just knowing how to coach myself. It isn't that difficult being we are an expert in ourselves. No one is a better expert than us, right!
