In the Gospel of Luke 13:6-9, The owner of the Fig Tree had enough for the last 3 years in not being able to see a harvest nor gather any fruit from its tree. He tells his gardener to "cut it off" so that the soil doesn't go to waste. God's patience with Israel had exceeded its limits during the days of the prophet Jeremiah. History repeats itself again during the days of Jesus when He saw Israel as a barren vine and fig that had no fruit to offer. Are toy ready to produce fruits or repentance and righteousness? May this sermon be a blessing to your ears and understanding.
