Time. Time. Time!

Time is everything in our lives. We're surrounded and bound to time. Without it, we'd be pretty chaotic.

But we have become over-reliant on time and it stands in between us and the quality of our work. So this is a small reminder to stop watching the clock whenever you want to immerse yourself into any given practice. The hyper-vigilant state prevents you from being your best self.
