I’m back after taking a week off for my mental health and one thing I learned over the past two days is don’t worry about the what if’s because once you start worrying about it you are going to continue to worry about it and once that happens you may start worrying so much your head my start pounding and worrying about the what if’s so much is so bad for your mental health
