Carry a notepad with you where ever you go and when you start to worry about something, write down the worry and then look at it. Then write down solutions to the thing you are worried about and let me know if that makes you feel better. This is a good meditation to prepare us for Christmas. You can't worry that someone won't like your present that you got them. You did the best you coulc in getting that for someone.. Be okay with it.
