Sometimes the right thing at the wrong time, well, it’s just the wrong thing. We have definitely been on BOTH sides of this - telling friends to “just choose joy” when they are obviously hurting. But what if we stopped going to our “go-to’s”, as Crystal describes, and started being more thoughtful about what we say, and WHEN to say it?

As always, we keep it real, y’all! We talk about our desire for control, for comfort, for conflict resolution, but also discuss our enneagram numbers and how to use emojis appropriately.
