We see Lois Lane and Clark Kent (Daily Planet)

Saturn Girl and Rorschach are going to try to find Dr. Manhattan

Johnny Thunder escapes retirement home (intercut with Nathaniel Dusk movies) to go to Pittsburgh

Veidt meets Batman (They fly around in the Owlship). Veidt pushes Batman out into the angry mob.

Marionette and Mime want to find Joker

Black Adam kills a terrorist (Saves reporter Jack Ryder)  in Syria, which breaks the laws he had agreed to. He invites all metahumans to come to Kahndaq with him.

People everywhere are freaking out about “The Superman Theory” (US gov’t made metahumans)

Lois goes to talk to Lex. He says a metahuman who was once a member of the Justice League is the one making the metahumans.

Mime and Marionette find Joker, they see Batman beaten and bloody below.
