Meal delivery providers are proliferating and making things more convenient than ever.  The land grab and marketing blitzes put on by meal delivery providers have also exposed many imperfections that have lasting impacts on consumers and restaurant operators.  DoorDash is not perfect, but their dedication to the customer experience and learning may help set them apart from other providers.
