The question is sometimes when your express your sympathy to others, it results in you become sad and feel low and the other person becomes okay. What to do in this situation? Should we tell them off or ask them to come and sit under someone’s shelter? A prayer exists so that a person is filled with love and strength. To become someone’s shoulder or support, you need to be strong. You need strength otherwise you cannot give support to others because seems like everyone is unhappy. The more we help others with detachment, the better we can understand their sadness and in result will be able to help them better.
The more we help others with attachment or expectation thinking that we have done something for them so in return they should think big of me or give something to me or talk good about me then more we become absorbed in ourselves and the more we shrink in our thinking.
