Dopamine: The Basics

Episode 255 brings up complex subject of DOPAMINE! This episode could have easily been 3 hours long and we still wouldn't have covered all of dopamine's interactions BUT I feel this is a very good introduction guide to the basics on what dopamine is, why its important, some of its major interactions, and how to manage proper dopamine levels.
