From an early age Dorontina always loved interacting with people and helping them out. She always contemplated a career either as a doctor or psychology and psychology won her over - she was always fascinated by human behaviour.
After graduating she fell into tech recruitment while she was on a job search for psychology roles and she loved the opportunities recruitment gave as she got to interact with people daily and helped them find their dream job!
