My next guest is Dorothy Dix who set up her charity Creating Better Futures to help educate children in Zimbabwe. Born in Africa her mother who was a single parent did not want to raise Dorothy alone but encouraged her to seek out an education. It is ten years ago that Dorothy started her charity from Reading. Creating Better Futures supports disadvantaged children in Zimbabwe and specialises in helping girls through their personal struggles with monthly menstruation. She is dedicated to helping communities grow. Dorothy shares how she made a difference and what drives her to achieve equality through education.
