Having the opportunity to vocalize thoughts that were never able to be formulated in words, can open up the door for healing in ways that otherwise would seem impossible. Writing a letter to my angel baby was one of the ways that I wanted to honor my healing process. For many it may seem redundant but it was a way for me to acknowledge his life and reverence the impact that he made not only on me but on the world, through me. Write if you need to, speak words if you need to but no matter what you do, remember that healing is a process. Be gentle with yourself!
