Happy Fathers Day! Lets get into the importance of the presence of our Men ! Fathers are necessary!

It is also Mens Mental Health month and it is of the utmost importance to recognize and support the men in our lives!

Lets work towards cultivating safe space where they can be vulnerable without judgment. God had armed us with huge responsibility lets work together to birth new perspectives of what it actually takes to be a man!

Also, to the men who are reading this........REST! We wasnt you consistent and true... not perfect prideful and performative.

This episode we touch on The Art of Authenticity.... While I love being who God created me to be, learning who you are IS NOT an easy task. Becoming authentically YOU and finding your purpose will not only change your life but the life of so many others !

We can expect to receive the fullness of Gods blessings he has for us if we arent showing up as who he created and called you to be.
