The Area Agency on Aging of the Heart of Texas (AAAHOT) administers Benefits Counseling, Care Coordination, Caregiver Support, Caregiver Education and Training, Caregiver Support Development and Ombudsman Programs. The Area Agency also contracts with service providers throughout the region to provide nutrition and transportation services to our older citizens.
