Something is perfect when:

• It has no faults, defects, or mistakes — completely flawless.
   
  • Example: "She drew a perfect circle freehand."
• It is exactly right or ideal for a specific purpose/situation.
   
  • Example: "This weather is perfect for a picnic."
• It matches an ideal standard 100%.
   
  • Example: "He speaks perfect Spanish." (= without any errors or accent issues)

In casual speech today, people overuse "perfect" a lot — like saying "perfect!" instead of "okay/great/cool" in replies.
