Double Dutchess is owned by Keosha Sath based out of P.O. Box 62, Monrovia, MD 21770. This nail lacquer brand is vegan, toxic, and cruelty free. Inspired by her two daughters wanting to be fashionistas, Keosha created something her daughters would enjoy wearing. She wanted the product to be safe, simple, and long lasting for all ages.

This nail lacquer does not contain animal derived ingredients nor is it tested on animals. The natural bubblegum fragrance of the nail lacquer is influenced by the sweet tooth of many consumers. This line includes high pigment colors that excite and appeal to consumers of all ages and just in time for summer. The quality of the nail lacquer exceeds its ten free formula.
