Allegra's St John's Wort Oil Recipe

1 to 1 fresh St John's Wort Flowers and your Oil of Choice ( olive, coconut, sunflower, sesame, etc )

Add the herbal material to a clean glass jar and add the oil over the top.

Give the jar a gentle shake to incorporate the herbals into the oil and start off the reaction.

Store in a cool, dark, place and shake occasionally.

OPTIONAL: Add a splash of vodka in order to further draw out medicinal properties of the St John's Wort as well as it's red color.

USES: Muscle pain, general massage oil and warming the skin
