David L. Gann, predicted and then verified the existence of an entirely distinct form or “phase” of H2O, water – a 4th, stable phase of water in addition to ice, liquid and steam/vapor. This 4th phase, now referred to as the “stable water cluster” or “double-helix water”, is a dry solid (white powder) at room temperature and pressure, and it remains stable in this form even at far higher and lower temperatures and pressures.
