The 2016 Eisner nominations were just announced and several have rightfully gone to the creative team of the exceptionally charming "Bandette", artist Colleen Coover and writer Paul Tobin. They both take the time to talk to Wendi about the thrilling fun and whimsy of "Bandette" and how to create such a unique and timeless take on their interpretation of Paris. They discuss what makes a good heist story, their European comic influences, the endearing nature of Audrey Hepburn, as well as their previous collaboration "Gingerbread Girl" and Tobin's work on such comics as "Colder" and "Plants vs. Zombies".
