Doug Carnegie has supported ScotsCare for many years, as a volunteer, working at events and being a Befriender telephone buddy, regulalry chatting with a socially isolated older Scot. Doug was also a highly successful TV executive, and was the boss of The One Show and worked on other shows such as Crimewatch. Doug shares his journey from Peterhead, near Aberdeen to the bright lights of London and the top of the TV tree and what it's like to be a ScotsCare Befriender.
