Urinary incontinence is overwhelmingly caused by childbirth. Yet, most women are never asked about it, and on average, it takes us six years to get treatment.
We can do better for the people that will push the next generation of human beings into this Planet.

You guys! We had some weird glitches in this recording, but stick with it. I promise you it's worth it. We spoke to Tiffany, a veterinarian and mom to twins and a toddler. Her birth story is super cool because it's pretty rare for twins and she gets real about coping with the surprise of 3 under 3 overnight. She's also breaking down how to keep your baby safe from your pets and how to make your pets still feel special after baby. SO many great tips!
We also go on a really special tangent about mom mental health and how it affects all of us and what we can do do help. Hint: be nicer to yourself.
Does that perfect mom we're all striving to be even exist? Tune in to find out!
