In 1935 Bluebird Records recorded a massive amount of Cajun recordings. Back from the Depression, the style shifted more to string band and this year give us sets the style for the next couple of years. 1935 gives us our first recordings of Nathan Abshire, The Rayne Bo Ramblers and the Hackberry Ramblers. Also Leo Soileau and Lawrence Walker debuted their new string band as well.
