Join me today as I reflect on my 34th year, set intentions for 35, and share updates for the podcast's next evolution. Rather than speaking to a check list of things I learned from last year, or big goals I have for next year - we talk about cycles, not forcing clarity, embracing the unknown, and taking time to pause.
You won’t leave this episode with a hard and fast to do list or process - but you will leave with more curiosity about how different chapters of your life connect, permission to embrace the not-knowing, and an invitation to explore what love means to you, too.
The podcast will be taking a little break as I step back to get more intentional about conversations, episode types, and more!
We won’t be gone long, can’t wait to see you for Season 3. Be sure to subscribe so we pop back into your feed when back in action!

So appreciative of you always!
Today we get to chat with Morgan Markowski, multi-hyphenate founder of Soft Pivot! A brand that empowers creative entrepreneurs to build businesses that fit their life without burnout, toxic hustling, or forcing a path that doesn't align.
I mean - say no more!?
This is the conversation for when your life or business aren’t totally lining up - and you want a different option than starting over again from scratch. We chat about how to spot the misalignment, how to run a new experiment, and what soft pivoting really looks like.

Obsessed with how GOOD creating an even higher level of content has felt over the last few months. In this episode I share what’s contributing not just to the higher output, but mainly to it feeling really easy, unconstricted, free - and exactly how I want it to feel.
This is more about creating the environment and conditions that allow creative output to feel the way you want it to feel (less about the “do more” and more about “make it feel better”).
Within that I share my:
You’ll walk away with new ways to relate to the energetics of the content creation process: a flexible ground (earth energy), a connection with yourself (water energy), allowing your creative process to be free (fire energy).
This is all through the lens of my personal experience - I’m not a content coach, just a fellow business owner, creative, and human interested in the ambitions of life - feeling really freaking good.

Receiving just isn't the opposite of giving. It's a process of opening up, allowing in, and being available to the moments, experiences, and people that you want to be in true relationship with.
Receiving is a pretty word that get's thrown around sometimes - but in practice is a lot more layered and complex than we usually give it credit for.
This episode gets into the nuance, prerequisites, and the benefits of opening up to receive - with reflection questions, tips, and integration support so you can take inventory of your own ability to receiving: where you’re available to it, and what’s still blocking you from allowing it in.
In this episode, I chat with you about:

At some point in your astrology journey you’ve wondered: what’s the difference between placidus vs whole sign houses? Which version of my chart is more accurate? Why are there multiple systems?
Today I sit down with my astrology and real life bestie, Hollis - for a human centered exploration of this question.
We each prioritize different house systems in our own practice, and through collaborating over the last year - expanded how we think about and work with them. Rather than telling you which is better or debating the different systems merits - we explore how each offer meaningful, complimentary insights to your lived experience.
Yes, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of the differences of the house systems. But mostly, you’ll gain practical ways to explore them both in your own chart and relationship to astrology - so it can be a tool that keeps helping you understand yourself and your life circumstance.
In this chat, we cover:
*Why there’s no one “correct” house system
*The differences between Whole Sign and Placidus in approachable language
*How each system offers a different lens into your life rather than competing truths
*How this part of astrology continues to deepen your self awareness, connect you with your intuition, and trust yourself first before any external tool
*Ways to get more curious with this aspect of your birth chart and seasonal transits
*Practical ways to begin exploring the different systems and parts of your life they illuminate
*How our own relationships with astrology have evolved - and how yours can too
We’re so excited to hear what this conversation sparks within you, what other questions you have, and one insight that you take about yourself from either system!

Tenderness around finances, the impulse to prove yourself, scarcity mindset, trouble receiving or trusting…Chiron in Taurus brings these themes up.
Not so you can fix them, but so you can build a different relationship to them.
This episode dives into what Chiron is, what it represents in astrology, and how it’s current transit through Taurus might be showing up for you.
Let’s put it in human terms and explore:

Julie Lane is the ultimate muse for creating from the messy middle, from the process itself, and not hiding yourself along the way.
From where I sit, she seems to live in constant conversation with (and expression of) her truth in the moment, and her identity even as it evolves and reconfigures itself.
This chat picks her brain about her creative life, process, and expression of her whole self through life's ups and downs. It will feel like a warm hug and invitation to loosen your grip on certainty, reconnect with your truth, and express more of your humanness.

This is a conversation about trusting yourself, embracing uncertainty, and discovering that the most meaningful life is built one honest step at a time.
