Downloads are receiving information from your higher SELF, which has far more access to far more information than our conscious minds are aware. When we receive downloads from our higher SELF, we are receiving information that helps us to do something, to choose, to change, to unlearn something else - in other words a perspective change, to tune into a course correction for a step we are about to take on the path - perhaps a slight detour to learn another facet of ourselves or to pursue an aligned course of action.

In this episode I talk about energy information and the connection for me between spirituality and quantum physics, the possibilities of thought, and the perceptual shifts and consciousness shifts that allow us to learn, grow, and become in our own ways and in our time.
