In this episode I share some of my deepest and biggest downloads from my plant medicine ceremony. This was the first plant medicine ceremony I attended and it was one of the most beautiful and profound healing experiences I have ever had. Grandmother Ayahuasca was not playing around and she shook me to my core.

This episode was recorded just a few days post ceremony and I am still in a very gentle and healing place. You can hear through my voice the love, joy and pain that is unfolding for me.

I had messages come through around every aspect of my life, but primarily around my mother wound, my fear, my self hatred, body dysmorphia, and disassociation. I experienced my shadow in all of its power, and my highest self in all of its purity and wholeness.

None of these gifts were just for me, and as I share them on the podcast I hope they reach you as well. That we may all elevate and integrate together.
