Simply put, less is better. All you’re really doing when you meditate is downsizing your life in this very simple form of just sitting still. Take everything that is big and busy and fluffing up all over the place and without being aggressive with yourself. First start by looking at the wall. Eventually, you will see the very subtle, very intimate layer of thought process that comes and goes, and comes and goes, and comes and goes, over and over and over. This is the fundamental matrix or stitching that provides us with somewhat of a believability of a thinker and phenomena.
