Oh, I lied about the downtempo. It starts downtempo but certainly doesn't stay there. We slowly move into more animated realms (hints of old fashioned acid techno, no less) before settling back down again.

Resonance Karamea 2016

2 hour dance oriented trance mix

This is my 1am set at Resonance, a lovely festival held down by the sea in Karamea, the closest you can get to heaven on earth. A bit of a shaky start (i was pushing a little too hard, too early) but bear with me and it evolves into a cracker of a dance session. By the end the tops were off and sweaty bodies were bouncing around screaming with happiness. We start off at around 128 bpm, steadily shifting up to finish at 147. The final track is one of my all time favourites, "martian arts', by Tristan. Still an awesome tune, despite the years since its release.
