Restaurants in Downtown are thriving and, in some cases, surpassing pre-pandemic numbers, and these number are expected to rise this summer, with over 50 restaurants offering outdoor dining, and a packed schedule of festivals expecting to bring in hundreds of thousands of visitors to Downtown throughout the season.4.) The residential population of Downtown has grown by 20% since 2020, showing that the Triangle is continuing to evolved as a mixed-use neighborhood.5.)
