Dr Alshantti currently works as a doctor in the NHS. Originally from Gaza, where he completed his medical training, Dr Alshantti travelled to the UK where he completed a Master’s in Public Health. Today we’ll be talking about the current situation in Gaza, the unfolding public health crisis, and the associated challenges facing the region.
Later on, Ore returns for Africa this Week where we'll check in on the latest on the youth-led protests in Kenya, new restrictions on Nigerians in the US and the success of the Super Falcons - Nigeria's women's national football team.
