Dr. Allan Mishra is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist. He is also the founder of DareToBeVital.com, a movement focused on enhancing global vitality. Part of this movement is a course he teaches at Stanford called: Vitality Essentials: How to Lead Your Best Possible Life.
He has also led vitality discussions at Google, Apple, Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (GSB), the University of Michigan, the Boys and Girls Club of Silicon Valley, and in front of Navy Seals.
Dr. Mishra also pioneered the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to treat athletic injuries. His biologic research has been published in elite medical journals and he has presented his work all over the world. The research has also been featured on the front page of the New York Times and in many other lay publications.
Dr. Mishra lives in Silicon Valley and enjoys golf, skiing, and no-limit poker.
