With the current historic global pandemic of COVID-19 shifting rapidly before our eyes as we continue dealing with its major impacts on our entire way of life, we are bombarded with misinformation and many are stricken with fear and panic.  This week's conversation is incredibly timely and insightful with Dr. Alex Blau who provides much-needed clarity on how to mindfully and responsibly navigate the coronavirus with both perspective and compassion in order to keep our personal and communal wellbeing centered during these times.  Dr. Blau is an emergency medicine trained physician who runs a specialty clinic for the immigrant community in New York City. He lives in Brooklyn, where he recently spent two weeks in strict isolation overcoming a confirmed case of COVID-19. He is grateful to be alive and generously shares his grounded, intimate and objective first-hand experience in dealing with the virus directly aligned with his medical wisdom providing a sobering and pragmatic awareness to move forward with.
