The all in the family episode! Dr. Alex Scrimpshire is an assistant professor of management in the Williams College of Business at Xavier University. Scrimpshire received a Ph.D. in Business Administration at Oklahoma State University. His research focuses on employee engagement, perspective-taking, and the psychological capital of employees. Alex's research is published in several outlets, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance, and the Journal of Academic Ethics.
We coin a new phrase, "Digital Mahogany." We discuss how to lead by example, the difference between leading with certainty and leading with realism, and the greatest moment in sports history (IMO). We also discuss reading. :)
