Dr. Allen Lott is a renowned researcher and musicologist. Allen has also been an avid YouthCUE supporter from the very beginning, providing encouragement, insights, and support for the ministry we seek to provide. Two of Allen's now-adult children, Andy and Jessie-Anne, have been YouthCUE participants over the years. Dr. Lott is Professor of Music History in the School of Church Music and Worship at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has recently written a fascinating book on Brahms's Requiem, which is his topic today.
