I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Dr. Andrea Perez. She’s a family physician with a holistic approach, and we had a fantastic chat about rest, sleep, and recovery. Dr. Andrea has some super practical tips on how to incorporate stillness and mindfulness into a busy life. I know that I tend to focus more on being active and moving my body, and not so much on rest and recovery. But that’s not sustainable. That’s why I love Dr Andrea’s advice on how to let your next goals come from your body, not your head.   About Dr. Andrea Perez Dr. Andrea Perez is a board-certified family physician with 20 years of experience.
