I love Podcasting and the Opportunity to welcome new Guests to our Motivation and Muscle Family and it's my honor to welcome Dr. Arianne Missimer to our Family! Arianne is a very accomplished Wellness Professional specializing in Physical Therapy and so many more modalities who at a very young age had her sense of the direction she wanted to pursue. What really solidified her commitment to the Holistic way of life was when her brother at 11 years of age was diagnosed with lung cancer!

Shortly before Arianne's Brother passed away she took over her first gym called Core Fitness. Arianne and her Mother were her Brothers caregivers and with her being a Physical Therapist her Brother couldn't wait for her to come by just to move his legs. The cancer had taken away the use of his legs. Arianne explained to me that her brother gave her the best gift of all. He gave her Purpose!

We talk about the Movement Paradigm which is another great service Arianne delivers which focuses on mindset, nutrition, and movement. We also go into detail on Arianne beating her own cancer and the steps which she used to do just that. Wait till you hear about Arianne and the American Ninja Warrior conquest all going on while she is going for her Cancer Treatments! This Podcast Titled Welcome to the Family with Arianne is one of the most Inspiring Podcasts I have ever done!  As Arianne said when she was diagnosed with Cancer and suddenly having to put the rubber to the road she would say this often. Challenge Accepted!
